Job summary

Adidas in Spartanburg seeks an experienced Lean and Continuous Improvement professional to lead the Operations Excellence program at the DC. You will coach leaders, implement the global framework, and drive performance improvements across processes.

You will partner with Industrial Engineering and HR to roll out tools like Kaizen, 6S, and VSM, ensuring sustainable value for customers and alignment with global standards. Fluent English required; Bachelor's in logistics or engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years applying LEAN/Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Demonstrated statistical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of adidas Operations Excellence framework on site.
• Coach the DC leadership through CI tools and routines.
• Identify improvement opportunities and secure resources.
• Regularly conduct gemba and audits to monitor progress.
• Drive the Site Improvement Plan and annual action plan.
• Lead CI projects and prepare business cases for demand processes.
• Share and standardize best practices across the community.
