Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year distribution experience or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsabilités

• Support leaders with information and tasks.
• Release wave by wave type manually in non-sort.
• Ensure no waves are locked and track waves as they drop.
• Assign drivers and work profiles for efficient flow.
• Coordinate with shipping on dedicated flow and putaway.
• Monitor case flow, chasing repicks and trouble tasks.
• Maintain clean work areas and finalize waves before close.
• Communicate clearly in English with the operations team.
