Job summary

Adidas is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Back Half Night shift (Thursday–Saturday, 5pm–5am) at the Wilkes-Barre, PA distribution center. You will lead a high-volume ecommerce/DC operation, drive performance metrics, and remove waste while aligning with Adidas’ growth strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will manage managers/supervisors, ensure safety, and leverage SAP/WMS and Excel for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in operations leadership.
• Experience operating in high-volume ecommerce environments.
• Strong data manipulation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage managers and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional area in the DC and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain working knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms.
• Coordinate reporting and feedback using SAP, Excel, and WMS.
• Report on operations metrics for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and incident reporting.
