Job summary

Adidas Indianapolis Distribution Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and develop a team of operations associates, focusing on safety, quality, attendance, and performance. The role requires strong leadership, business judgment, and the ability to mentor managers and staff.

You will manage shifts, use SAP, Excel, and WMS data to drive productivity, report metrics, and sustain a positive, inclusive work environment while meeting daily departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific functional area in Operations and be accountable for achieving all productivity and quality targets
• Train, manage, and develop all Operations associates
• Maintain full working knowledge of the timekeeping system, performance/labor management system and WMS platforms
• Manage the collection, reporting and feedback regarding operations functions using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting
• Report on operations metrics to evaluate functional area performance in productivity, quality, and safety
• Create a positive team environment that encourages insights and feedback to improve processes
• Track employee attendance, evaluate performance, and deliver feedback as needed
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and report accidents/injuries/damages
• Other duties as assigned
