Job summary

Adidas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume Distribution Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and developing a team of DC associates to meet productivity and quality targets.

You will monitor WCS/WMS platforms, manage analytics from SAP and Excel, and ensure safety standards while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a related industry.
• Experience operating in high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a functional area in the DC and achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain working knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms.
• Manage collection, reporting and feedback using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting.
• Report on operations metrics to evaluate DC area performance.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards including reporting of incidents.
