adidas in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Lead for DC Operations on Forward Pick (B Shift). You will guide a team of up to 50 hourly staff, utilize RF Guns and WMS, and coach for performance while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes problem-solving in a highly technical DC setting, with focus on labor allocation, process improvement, and leadership collaboration with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Utilize RF Guns and kiosks to update transactions in WMS and log LM activities.
• Follow SOPs and act as role model for others.
• Train and coach associates to achieve goals and service levels.
• Mentor teammates for current roles and future opportunities.
• Develop and share best practices to improve processes.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Identify and report safety concerns or property damage.
• Other duties as assigned.
