Job summary

Adidas in Indianapolis seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of operations associates, mentoring and coaching to hit safety, quality and productivity targets. You will drive a people-first culture while managing daily workloads and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and familiarity with SAP, WMS, and Excel to report performance, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Supervisory/leadership experience leading teams of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific functional area in Operations and be accountable for achieving all productivity and quality targets.
• Train, manage, and develop all Operations associates.
• Maintain full working knowledge of the timekeeping system, performance/labor management system and WMS platforms.
• Manage the collection, reporting and feedback regarding operations functions using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting.
• Report on operations metrics to evaluate functional area performance in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Create a positive team environment that encourages all associates to provide insights and feedback to improve processes, adapt to an ever-changing business, and stay focused on internal/external customer satisfaction.
• Track employee attendance, evaluate employee performance, and deliver feedback as needed/required.
• Maintain all OSHA safety standards including all reporting of accidents, injuries, damages, and potential risks to safety.
• Other duties as assigned
