Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Olathe, KS. The role supports recognized brands, with a schedule from 1pm to 10pm, Mon-Fri. This is a contract-to-hire position offering a potential for direct hire and a starting pay of $19 per hour.

Hybrid eligibility may apply after tenure, with onsite work required. The candidate will manage service requests, verify customer needs, coordinate technician dispatches, and maintain records while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically savvy and comfortable learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone.
• Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate technician check-ins/check-outs and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors and service teams.
• Provide timely, knowledgeable customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and complete additional administrative tasks as needed.
