DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Full-time Customer Support Representative for our Olathe, KS Contact Center. This on-site role offers a hybrid schedule after the training period, supporting residential and commercial customers with service and installation tickets.

You will quote pricing, handle inquiries, coordinate with Dispatch, and update ERP records while meeting KPI targets and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and create accurate service tickets for residential and commercial customers.
• Promote products and services, quoting accurate pricing when appropriate.
• Address customer concerns with effective solutions and follow-up.
• Perform outbound follow-ups and coordinate with Dispatch teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the ERP system and meet KPIs.
