TEKsystems in Olathe, KS seeks a Customer Service Representative to join a large client team. The role handles service requests by phone and email, verifies requests, coordinates check-ins, and maintains records. Must have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone.
• Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate technician check-ins/check-outs and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors and service teams.
• Provide timely, knowledgeable customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and complete additional administrative tasks as needed.
