Job summary

Chimes is seeking a supervisor for custodial operations at Fort Meade, ensuring contract compliance and safety. The role supervises staff, trains personnel, and maintains daily logs while upholding security requirements.

Required are Top Secret/SCI with Poly, US citizenship, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a full-time schedule Mon-Fri with a 3:30pm–12:30am shift and a $34.75/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in cleaning operations for buildings of this contract.
• Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• US Citizenship and a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of assigned areas and ensure contract specifications are met.
• Train and mentor custodial staff; enforce schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain daily time and attendance records; verify leave requests.
• Ensure safety, dress code, and SDS/compliance; report maintenance needs.
