Job summary

Chimes DC Brand is seeking an Evening Supervisor for Custodial Operations (PM Shift) at NSA East Campus Ft Meade, MD. The role supervises cleaning crews, ensures contract compliance, and coordinates daily tasks under the Project Manager's guidance.

Required: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph; ability to lead, train staff, and maintain safety and quality standards in a high-security facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience within the past four years directing cleaning operations for buildings of similar size.
• Knowledge of building service management equipment, chemicals, and their applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; regulatory standards knowledge; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of cleaning of assigned areas to contract specifications.
• Train employees in proper cleaning procedures and mentor newly hired custodians.
• Ensure work is performed per guidelines, coordinate with Project Manager, and maintain daily time records.
