Job summary

Chimes International LTD seeks a Clerk III for Custodial Operations on the PM shift at Fort George G Meade, MD. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:30am with a 60-minute lunch break, and requires Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance. The position offers a fixed hourly pay rate of $28.16.

Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, coordinating mail and messages, and supporting site management with reports and payroll-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of clerical work including administrative duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing and computer proficiency essential.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Agency policies and contract specifications.
• Respond to calls/messages from supervisor or designated representative.
• Perform clerical and administrative functions ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement office practices and procedures.
• Maintain computer record keeping systems for the site.
• Answer phone, take and deliver messages, and forward calls.
