Job summary

Chimes DC is seeking an Evening Supervisor for Custodial Operations on the PM shift at Fort Meade. This leadership role oversees all cleaning activities, ensures contract compliance, and mentors custodians to maintain quality standards across assigned facilities.

Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly is required. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:30am with a 60-minute lunch. The position offers hourly pay of $34.75 and opportunities to manage staff and coordinate safety and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory cleaning operations experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety data sheets.
• Ability to lead, train, and evaluate custodial staff.
• US Citizenship and Top Secret/SCI with Poly requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cleaning operations for assigned areas and ensure contract compliance.
• Train and mentor custodial staff; assign duties and monitor performance.
• Maintain daily time/attendance logs and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager; respond to calls and manage special cleaning requests.
• Record inspections and ensure adherence to quality control guidelines.
