Job summary

Chimes leads a Lead Worker on a Monday–Friday shift (4:30pm–11:00pm) at Fort Meade, MD. The role oversees custodial teams, ensures contract compliance, trains staff, and maintains high cleaning standards across public and work spaces.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prefer CPR/FR certification, and bring six months of custodial experience. This is an on-site, essential position with physical responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning functions and supervise team activities.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety.
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment to sites.
