Job summary

Chimes DC Brand in the Fort Meade area is seeking a Clerk III for Custodial Operations on the PM shift. The role includes clerical and administrative duties, coordinating office activities, and maintaining records at NSA East Campus, Fort Meade, MD. A Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

The schedule is 3:30pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. The position is on-site with a pay rate of $28.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in clerical work including administrative duties.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of typing, filing, and modern office methods and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage office records and reports.
• Answer calls, route mail, and support visitors.
• Assist payroll, timesheets, staffing reports.
• Coordinate administrative forms and prepare reports.
