Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a 2nd shift Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator to join the Columbus, OH team. Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Eastern. You will coordinate multiple creative projects from kickoff to final disposition, acting as the liaison between clients and internal creative teams, and driving timelines, budgets, and quality. The role requires strong project-management skills, client relationship experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area relative to the business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar client facing position.
• Background in the Design and/or Banking industry preferred.
• Excellent computer skills; ability to learn new programs, and ability to provide basic troubleshooting.
• Must be proactive, collaborative, driven, and seek excellence in the execution of tasks.
• Experience in utilizing continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and client management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information and job tracking.
• Promote excellent customer service through effective communications to inform clients and stakeholders on project status.
• Assemble resources required to implement client projects.
• Enter and track data-related work components and updates to project tracking system.
• Lead day-to-day management of projects to meet client expectations.
• Attend client meetings and status calls with needed Creative Services resources.
• Maintain contact with clients and Creative team to set milestones, create estimates, and track progress.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are adhered to; manage multiple projects across timelines.
• Provide guidance and training to others as needed.
