Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for document production work.
• Thoroughly assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks throughout the lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert and create documents per established procedures and formats.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment/technology and software required for job functions.
• Communicate with team members, supervisor or client on deadlines and concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
