Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Monitor projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information and tracking with client contact.
• Establish and promote excellent customer service through proactive communications on project status.
• Assemble resources required to implement client projects with management support.
• Enter and track data-related work components in the client project tracking system.
• Effectively track multiple timelines and projects through lifecycle stages.
• Peer proof to ensure accuracy of design specifications.
• Attend client meetings and project management status calls; share notes with the team.
• Interact with clients virtually and in person; adhere to policies.
• Use equipment and supplies cost-efficiently; participate in related special projects.
• Support design and production of graphic, print, and digital media collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency while offering fresh design approaches.
