Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking a Creative Workflow Coordinator / Designer to manage the creative studio workflow and deliver print and digital design solutions. The role is hybrid in Wheeling, WV, with 2 onsite days weekly and standard 9:00–17:30 hours.

The ideal candidate has a background in digital arts/graphic design with 2–4 years of project management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication and client-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design or equivalent years of experience.
2-4 years of project management experience in graphic design, with brand guidelines.
Proven skills in Microsoft Office suite and Access; strong design software knowledge.

Responsibilities

Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
Monitor projects with scheduling, estimating, and job tracking; maintain client contact.
Ensure high-quality design specs; attend client meetings and share notes.
Assemble resources to implement client projects with management support.
Enter and track data in the client project tracking system; manage timelines.
