Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to act as the liaison between clients and our Creative/Production team, overseeing scheduling, estimating, job detail collection, tracking, and invoicing.

You will drive the day-to-day execution of Creative Services projects, coordinating across design, print production, and prepress, while maintaining milestones and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or comparable experience with progressively expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day to day liaison between clients and internal creative and production teams.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information, and invoicing.
• Establish and promote excellent customer service through effective and proactive communications to inform clients and other stakeholders on project status.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects, entering specifications using job management software, and ensure proper priority is given to each job to meet client expectations.
• Maintain project milestones, schedules, advise on job progress, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery.
