Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Three years of related custodial work experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products and floor care.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and follow directions.
• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Dust and wet mop floors and vacuum carpeted areas.
• Strip and re-wax floors and buff with power equipment.
• Dust furniture, empty waste baskets, clean windows and walls.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies; sanitize surfaces.
• Mow lawns, snow removal, and general outdoor maintenance as needed.
• Provide coverage for other custodians and support cleaning tasks.
