The position operates under a Facilities Supervisor and requires adherence to union guidelines with a schedule of 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shifts, and potential overtime in emergencies. Prior custodial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience required for custodial work.
• No degree requirement for this role.
• Three (3) years of related work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Dust and wet mop floors and stairways; operate vacuum and ensure Wet Floor signs.
• Strip and re-wax floors; use power buffer.
• Clean windows, walls, doors; wash surfaces as needed.
• Sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Move furniture to facilitate cleaning; assist with rearrangements.
