Job summary

Trial Court Facilities Management in Lowell, MA is seeking a Custodian- Lowell to perform custodial duties ensuring clean, orderly facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, bathrooms, removing refuse, and assisting with maintenance tasks as needed.

The role operates under supervision of a Facilities Supervisor. Evening shifts may include a $1.00/hour differential; union position covered by a collective bargaining agreement with O.P.E.I.U., Local 6.

Qualifications

• No degree requirement
• Three (3) years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Dust and wet mop floors and stairways; operate vacuum to clean carpet areas.
• Strip wax, apply fresh wax and operate power buffer to polish floors.
• Clean windows, walls, doors and wash surfaces; replace light bulbs.
• Mow lawns and shovel snow as needed; provide coverage for other custodians.
