Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dust and wet mop floors and clean carpet areas; use vacuum; place wet floor signs.
• Strip wax, apply wax and buff floors.
• Clean windows, walls, furniture; empty wastebaskets; wash walls.
• Maintenance tasks: snow/grass and minor repairs as needed.
• Move furniture to facilitate cleaning; provide coverage for others.
• Follow safety protocols and report major issues.
