Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring Front Desk Associates and Doormen for our Silver Spring, MD property. The role emphasizes delivering a warm, welcoming experience to tenants, guests and vendors while keeping the building secure and well-presented.

Compensation starts at $19.50 per hour with a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 4pm to 12am. Primary duties include greeting visitors, directing individuals, coordinating reservations, planning on-site events, and maintaining mail and access control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and able to multitask with good time-management.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and assist access to local entertainment, dining, retail, venues and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services; manage access control.
