Job summary

Associa is seeking a professional Concierge to support residents and guests of a high-rise community. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk and creating a welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will handle reservations, packages, and inquiries, working the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift in a residential setting. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, concierge, hospitality, front desk, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident and guest questions.
• Assist residents with information and directions.
• Create and manage reservations for community amenities.
• Receive and assist with resident packages and deliveries.
• Assist with services such as resident dry-cleaning pickup and drop-off.
• Perform administrative tasks in support of community operations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
• Communicate resident or building concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
