Job summary

EIS Legacy LLC in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead and optimize our second shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will direct production, coordinate with engineering and quality, ensure safety and lean practices, and develop hourly staff while maintaining daily performance and on-time delivery.

Experience with CNC machining, setup, and ERP systems is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years manufacturing or production experience.
• Significant hands-on CNC machining, setup, and manufacturing processes.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, shop floor control, production planning, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Establish daily priorities and assign staff based on production needs.
• Monitor hour-by-hour production and adjust as needed.
• Oversee machine setups, tool changes, and process verification.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development for hourly staff.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
