Job summary

Elevate Solutions Group LLC, located near the Atlanta Metro area in Austell, GA, seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on 1st shift. You will supervise shift personnel, coordinate with maintenance, ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP data.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervision in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop shift employees.
• Address performance concerns and elevate disciplinary issues as needed.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Minimize downtime through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track production, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for shift activities.
• Review and analyze reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team as an onsite, hands-on owner for overseeing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role leads shift personnel, coordinates with maintenance and support teams, and ensures efficient use of systems and resources to meet production goals. 1st shift hours are Mon – Fri, 6:00am – 2:30pm.

Overview and Responsibilities

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (required)
• Ability to manage production, safety, and personnel issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• DELMIAWorks experience highly preferred
• Experience in plastic injection molding and/or assembly operations
• Familiarity with manufacturing automation and material handling systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Work Environment

Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting for the entire shift.
