Job summary

Elevate Solutions Group, located just outside the Atlanta Metro area in Austell, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. This onsite role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with maintenance and support teams to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to manage production, safety, and personnel issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all shift production activities.
• Ensure production targets, efficiency, and throughput goals are met.
• Monitor line performance and address output issues.
• Coordinate staffing and labor to meet demand.
• Enforce safety policies and respond to safety concerns.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift employees.
• Coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Use ERP/MRP to track production, inventory, and metrics.
• Review reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
