Job summary

EIS, Inc. Canton, GA is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead the second shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will prioritize work, monitor performance, and coach hourly staff on processes and problem-solving.

You will act as the technical resource for CNC machining, support setups, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to sustain productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Hands-on CNC machining, machine setup, and manufacturing processes.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support second shift.
• Experience with ERP, shop floor control, production planning, and inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all second-shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Establish daily work priorities and assign employees and resources.
• Monitor hourly production performance and adjust as needed.
• Maintain presence on the floor and provide real-time direction.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate safety and production updates.
• Serve as primary technical resource for machining operations and provide hands-on support.
