Job summary

The EIS Legacy Second Shift Production Supervisor will oversee all second-shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

You will lead staffing, monitor performance hour-by-hour, provide hands-on support to CNC operators, enforce work standards, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing or production experience required.
• Experience with CNC machining, machine setup, and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all second-shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Establish daily work priorities and assign employees and resources based on production requirements.
• Monitor hour-by-hour production performance and take timely action when output falls behind.
• Provide real-time direction and support to employees on the production floor.
• Ensure compliance with work standards and production documentation.
