Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to care for residents during the evening shift in a long-term care setting. You will perform daily living activities, document care, and support the nursing team under supervision of an RN.

The role requires CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and ongoing continuing education. Generous sign-on and shift incentives are offered. Must meet state requirements and maintain infection control practices.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required and provided by the facility.
• Annual continuing education of at least 12 hours is required.
• State CNA licensure or endorsement; UAP registry where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Document resident interactions and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Provide housekeeping, laundry and support for wellness and recreational programs.
