Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process within four months of date into the position.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Annual competency testing and continuing education credits are required.
• Maintains all department specific required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Record vital signs and monitor residents' conditions.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and range of motion.
• Assist with meals, dining, hydration, and documentation of care.
