Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time evening shift in a long-term care setting. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team under RN supervision.

The role includes a 2:15pm to 10:45pm shift, rotating weekends/holidays, and eligibility for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• CNA certification required or in process within four months of date into the position.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic health care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Documents resident care, vital signs, and care outcomes.
• Assists with meals, nutrition, hydration, and dining.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
