• Experienced restaurant leader with recent drive-thru experience.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.

• Able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the closing shift five days per week, starting 2–5pm, with Fri/Sat/Sun as expected shifts.
• Oversee nightly shutdown, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage drive-thru and dining room operations during peak times.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve issues to prevent unhappy customers.
