Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Wilmington, NC seeks an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday–Friday from 8am to 5pm, overseeing scratch-made menu items and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This full-time daytime role emphasizes operational excellence, hands-on leadership, and delivering high standards of food, value, and service. Ideal candidates have drive-thru experience and prior GM/ AGM background, with strong communication and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a restaurant.
• Ideal candidate has drive-thru experience.
• Previous GM/AGM background preferred to transition from nights/weekends.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Guest advocate who ensures no guest leaves unhappy.
• Hands-on leadership style and upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
