Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a Closing Manager to oversee nightly operations and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires leading a team, ensuring accurate nightly shutdown, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Shifts start 2–5 pm, five days per week, with closings until 10–11 pm. Compensation up to $20/hour with benefits after 6 months; overtime possible for top performers.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• A guest advocate- do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 Lbs. from ground up
