Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead our location from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This daytime role focuses on delivering high-quality, scratch-made menu items and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has recent restaurant leadership experience, a drive-thru background, and the ability to maintain top operational standards while fostering a positive, professional environment for both guests

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant shift and managing drive-thru operations.
• Proven ability to execute high standards of guest service and food quality.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Open and lead the restaurant Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Ensure scratch-made menu items are prepared to high quality and served promptly.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and address any issues to keep guests happy.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, cleanliness, and staffing within shift.
