Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced and high-caliber restaurant shift manager to open and lead our restaurant Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This critical role involves handling all scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests are served at an exceptionally high level.

Monday through Friday full-time daytime role with a starting hourly wage of $19–$20. Ideal candidates have drive-thru experience, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record of operational

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.
• Ideal candidate may have previously been a GM or AGM who wants to step away from nights and weekends
• High standards of operational execution.
• Guest advocate - do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 Lbs. from ground up
