Elevation Cleaning Services is seeking an evening Operations Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across multiple sites in Paducah, KY. The role focuses on staffing, field supervision, and ensuring client satisfaction with hands-on duties in the evenings.

The candidate will perform cleaning tasks as needed, supervise inspections, coordinate supplies, and support hiring and scheduling. Flexible, dependable leadership in a non-traditional schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations, facilities, hospitality, or service supervision.
• Able to lead teams with accountability and respect.
• Highly organized with reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable solving problems in real time and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff across multiple locations.
• Perform 20–25 hours of cleaning weekly and cover as needed.
• Conduct on-site cleaning duties and periodic inspections.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and shift coverage planning.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate supplies.
• Identify process improvements and support business development as requested.
• Occasionally perform after-hours checks and weekend duties.
