Job summary

Elevation Cleaning Services is seeking an Evening Commercial Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning teams in Paducah, KY. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership with most work occurring during evening hours, including inspections, staffing, and coverage planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning operations or related supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physical cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning/janitorial staff or similar teams.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to hold people accountable respectfully.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems in real time.
• Ability to perform extended periods of physical cleaning and be on your feet for hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple locations.
• Perform 20–25 hours of cleaning per week and cover cleaning duties as needed.
• Conduct building checks and quality inspections to ensure standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coverage planning.
• Coordinate scheduling and call-offs, ensuring client commitments are met.
• Maintain documentation and operational updates for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
