Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Evening Chef to join our hotel kitchen team. You will prepare and cook dishes to menu specifications, assist senior chefs, and ensure high standards of quality and presentation.

You will maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen, follow food safety regulations, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes guest experience and brand standards within a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in hospitality or fast-food environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations.
• Good communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications.
• Assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure high quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas, following all food safety regulations.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional breakfast morning cover.
