As Evening Chef in a hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications. You will assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas, follow all food safety and health regulations, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and occassional breakfast morning cover.
