Job summary

Qualifications

• English reading/writing proficiency required for directions and documentation.
• Caregiving certification or experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident services staff and ensure daily care delivery.
• Ensure care per service plans and update assessments as needed.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and families regarding resident conditions.
• Lead emergency responses and document incidents promptly.
• Perform staff reviews and provide coaching as needed.
• Assist with ADLs and respond to resident requests and call lights.
• Train staff to meet center goals and ensure quality of care.
