Job summary

Cherry Health is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee the RCCs on the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 4pm–12am) at our Grand Rapids facility. You will supervise staff, manage timecards, and ensure daily operations and resident safety align with policy and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Care Coordinators on assigned shifts.
• Approve timecards and PTO requests for direct reports.
• Coordinate RCC meetings and attend All Staff Meetings.
• Monitor budgetary expenditures for staffing and supplies.
• Oversee admissions, orientation, supervision, and discharge of residents.
• Enforce facility rules and conduct appropriate disciplinary actions.
