Appledorn Assisted Living Center South is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee resident care staff and ensure high-quality service on the 2nd shift. The role includes supervising daily operations, ensuring care plans are followed, and coordinating with health professionals and families.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow directions in English.
• Caregiving experience or certification preferred: CNA, CENA, MA, or LPN.
• Leadership, supervisory, and communication experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must complete Heritage Property Management Med Tech Certification and pass the Med Tech test.
• CPR Certified.
• Must pass state background and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident services staff and daily care delivery.
• Ensure residents receive care per service plans.
• Update resident assessments and care plans as directed.
• Communicate with health professionals, families, and care partners about resident conditions, medications, and treatments.
