Qualifications

• CNA, CENA, Medication Aide, LPN, or equivalent senior living experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support resident care staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Assist with resident assessments and care plan implementation.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and resident concerns.
• Coach team members and address performance concerns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies.
• Partner with families and healthcare professionals.
