Serene Gardens of Rochester Hills is a premier assisted living facility seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor to oversee care for residents during the day. You will supervise Caregivers and ensure well‑being and safety, delivering a high standard of care.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage overnight shifts when needed, with focus on teamwork and policy compliance. On-site location in Rochester Hills, MI.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Maintains favorable attendance and punctuality record.
• Works efficiently with minimal distractions and sets priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Caregivers and bring forward ideas to improve roles.
• Ensure the well‑being and safety of residents.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with training of new employees and retraining of current staff.
