Resthaven in Holland, MI is seeking a Resident Assistant Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role leads Resident Aides, coordinates onboarding, and supports staff development in a faith-based senior care setting.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing staff coaching, with a focus on delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining accurate POC documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, memory care, or healthcare setting.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, preceptor, charge, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Resident Aides during daily operations.
• Coordinate and onboard new Resident Aide team members.
• Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up meetings with newly hired staff.
• Develop and implement training plans for new caregivers and Resident Aides.
• Create and manage daily Resident Aide assignments with Clinical Managers.
• Schedule and facilitate routine shift meetings and team huddles.
